The major design challenge for Studio Osmosis in Punjab Grill, Pune was making sense of an uneven site plan. The goal of the design was therefore to bring together all the spaces while still keeping intact their identities as individual spaces. This was done by keeping the central space as the core that bound the all the elements together. The standout feature of the restaurant is the vaulted ceiling that provides a grand feel to the space. The transition of the ceiling has been done as a clever play that provides a contemporary twist while retaining the grandiose of the space. Luxurious silk fabrics and and onyx embedded partitions give a magnificent feeling to the diners.
